Olmia Robotics processes the personal data that is requested on the website and webshop. This data consists of name and e-mail address for sending newsletters or complete (company) name and address data for formulating and sending quotes and / or purchase agreements.

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and we handle all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
OpenCart is the Open Source e-commerce system on which the webshop is developed. OpenCart places functional cookies. This is done to make using our webshop easy. Think for example of storing products in your shopping cart or remembering your login details during your visit to the webshop. Open Cart stores data that you enter during the creation of your account. This data ends up in a database that is hosted by Antagonist, our Dutch hosting party.
In principle, personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services is not shared with this party. But Antagonist can (temporarily) be asked to access your data to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Antagonst is obliged on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures.
Perfectview is the (Dutch hosted) CRM system in which we keep track of prospect and customer data. This not only records company and personal data, but also customer contact details. Your personal data is stored securely by Perfectview and will never use your data for their own purposes.
We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web shop. Mollie processes your (organization) name, address and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data any longer than is permitted by law.
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the delivery. It is therefore necessary that we share your (organization) name, address and city details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the performance of the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also makes your data available to these parties.

How long we keep personal data
Olmia Robotics does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.
We keep your data for as long as you are a customer of us, at least the legal retention period of 7 years. This means that we save your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a forget request. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Olmia Robotics does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
